Hello, I am Mellissa Kay Mallow " MKM"

My 1100+ square foot High-End portrait studio, is conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown Petersburg, West Virginia.  I'm located approx. 1.5 hrs. from Winchester VA, and 2.5 hrs. from the area of D.C. Metro area, come spend the day in beautiful WV!  I offer not only state-of-the-art studio lighting but also Amazing one-of-a-kind Natural Lighting, with three large floor-to-ceiling windows. I started my studio in 2004 after the birth of my son, Johnathan.  At that time my studio was in the basement of our VA home.  It was a perfect fit after being in the orthodontic field for 15 years. But, it was time to staying home to enjoy motherhood and return to my " Art Roots " by going back into photography.   It wasn't until the birth of my daughter Grace in 2005, that my husband Jeff and I decided to move back to his hometown of Petersburg.  It was then that I opened my professional High-End photo studio beside our home. My photographic portfolio spans over two decades of work. From High-End fashion runway photography to weddings, corporations, babies, seniors, boudoir and families.
